Mentors participate in hours of training each quarter. Mentors are strategically partnered with mentees based on adversity, experience and individual needs.
H.O.M.E. offers mental health therapy to FLY members, at no cost to the participant.
Conferences allow for guest speakers to motivate and empower community members, offer resources and provide onsite feedback.
Sessions are open to female adolescents (middle and high school) in the community. Board Members, local business owners, and area experts address a variety of topics. Meetings are held the first Thursday of each month.
FLY offers Quarterly and Annual events to provide community support by supplying students and families with basic need and other resources.
Additionally, FLY provides resources to equip students with knowledge to have a Safe Summer!
FLY curriculum incorporates several different topics including Self-Esteem and Self Worth, Peer Pressure, Drug Education, Mental Health Therapy and more!
